Appointment Policy

Upon booking an appointment we require a credit card to have on file for each individual. Late arrivals may reduce the time allocated for your treatment and while our goal is to complete the entire treatment within the scheduled time, tardiness exceeding 10 minutes could result in rescheduling. Should there be a situation of late cancellation or rescheduling the card on file will be charged the appropriate fee. For detailed information on fees, please see our cancellation policy.

Cancellation/No Show Policy

At Fine Line, we uphold a 24-hour Cancellation Policy to prioritize timely treatments for our patients and to honor our providers’ schedules. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur an automatic $75 fee charged to the credit card on file. Patients who fail to attend their appointments without prior communication will be subject to an automatic $150 fee charged to the credit card on file.

In the event of three or more instances of no-shows or late cancellations, patients will be required to pay a deposit of $150 at the time of booking their next appointment. This deposit is nonrefundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. If the appointment is rescheduled prior to the 24-hour requirement, the amount paid will be credited for future services or treatments at Fine Line.

We respect our Provider’s time as they are booked out weeks to months ahead, and we have a significant waiting list.  Last minute cancellations do not allow us time to fill those openings for the Provider. We appreciate your understanding of our policy. This will allow the Fine Line team to continue to provide the highest quality service for you and future patients, as well as valuing our providers’ time.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we do our best to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed. Patients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results.

Products: We offer a refund for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase on unopened/unused products in original packaging. If the product has been opened, used, or mixed (Clean Slate Pads) you will not be offered a refund or exchange of any kind. Additionally, we offer exchanges on damaged or defective products.

No refunds on gift card purchases or shipping fees.
